2-Week Return Policy

If you aren't completely satisfied with the fit and finish of your watch, you may return it within 14 days of delivery—no questions asked.

• Condition: To qualify for a refund (minus applicable fees), the watch must be in new, unworn condition with all original packaging.

• Worn Bands: Any band showing signs of wear or creasing cannot be returned. If a watch is returned with a worn band, the replacement cost of the band will be deducted from your refund. Please check fit carefully before wearing.

• Watch Pouch: If the included watch pouch shows signs of use or damage, its replacement cost will be deducted from your refund.

• Shipping & Fees: Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This fee applies in addition to any deductions for worn or damaged components. Buyers are responsible for insured return shipping with tracking.

• Custom Orders: Bespoke dials, personalized rotors, and bespoke bands are non-refundable once production begins. Made-to-order and pre-ordered timepieces canceled prior to shipping are treated as returns and are subject to the 10% restocking fee.

• Right of Inspection: Homemade reserves the right to issue a partial refund or deny a return if these conditions are not met.

12-Month Limited Warranty

There is a 2 in 12, so it works :)

In the unlikely event that your watch experiences a technical issue within 12 months of purchase, send it in for free diagnostics, repair, or replacement.

• Coverage: Covers assembly faults, manufacturing defects, and component failures.

• Shipping: You cover insured shipping (with tracking) to me; I cover insured return shipping back to you.

What’s Not Covered

(Note: I am happy to perform some of these repairs at cost during the warranty period)

• Normal wear and tear, abrasions, aging, or cosmetic tarnishing on metal-plated parts (e.g., rose gold).

• Mechanical failure from impact, dropping, misuse, or exposure to extreme temperatures (e.g., leaving the watch in a hot car).

• Water damage.

• Date-wheel malfunction caused by adjusting the quick-set date during the "danger zone" (between 9 PM and 4 AM).

Important: Opening the caseback or attempting third-party repairs will void this warranty.

Years 1–2: At-Cost Repairs & Complimentary Service

If your watch needs attention during its second year, I offer diagnostic and repair services billed strictly at the cost of materials. You cover insured shipping to me; I cover return shipping.

Send your watch back anytime within 2 years of purchase for a free refresh:

• Exterior hand cleaning

• Strap change (you supply the new strap)

• Caseback gasket replacement

• Time regulation

After unscrewing the crown (counterclockwise, and please BE GENTLE), the functions are as follows:

Position 1: Manual Wind (clockwise)

Position 2: Date Setting (counterclockwise) NOTE: Dateless watches (NH38) do not have this setting.

Position 3: Time (both directions)

After use, return the crown to position 1, push in, and screw down until it stops (clockwise). This is vital, as it produces a water-resistant seal.

• DO NOT change the date between 9 p.m. and 4 a.m., AKA "the danger zone"

• Wipe down with the provided cloth after each use. Skin oils, products, and environmental conditions will affect your watch's finish, which is not covered under warranty.

• It’s typically best practice to avoid prolonged water submersion of your timepiece and to avoid saltwater. Please refer to the Water Resistance Guide for more information.

• Your watch should be professionally serviced and lubricated every 5-10 years.

IMPORTANT: Sellita recommends manually winding the watch 5-10 times ONLY to get it started, and then use the rotor's motion to fully wind it.
