TIME. SAVOR IT.
Rhode Island Born — Rhode Island Built
Twenty-four hours. That was the only grace period my Aunt Antonia had between stepping off a plane from Italy and clocking in for her first shift at the Bulova Watch Factory in Providence. For my “Zia,” what began as a necessity became an inspiring forty-year manufacturing legacy.
That standard of labor raised me. My own career has been lived in the blur of a speeding rescue, the pull of a firehose, and the rhythm of a job site. This is the ethos I carry into my art: passion, resilience, and a commitment to the process.
As a lifelong watch enthusiast, discovering my Zia’s story felt like a homecoming. I’ve worn countless pieces, yet none ever felt like “the one.” I sought a timepiece with local roots—something attainable, but not mass-produced. I wanted a workhorse with the elegance of a gallery piece: a watch built to survive my days, navigate them, and ground me through them.
When I couldn’t find it, I realized I’d have to build it myself—a mindset inherited from the generations before me. So, welcome. Come on in and get comfortable. I invite you to experience The Homemade Difference.
